Before we describe all situations where we collect and process personal data, we would like to give you the necessary legal basis.

If the processing is necessary to protect a legitimate interest of our company or a third party, Art. 6 (1) f GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing.

Insofar as we obtain your consent for the processing of personal data, Art. 6 (1) a GDPR serves as the legal basis.

Insofar as the processing of personal data is required to fulfil a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 (1) c GDPR serves as the legal basis.

We do not request or knowingly collect personal data from children and young people. If we become aware that a user under the age of 18 has either registered with us or otherwise interacted with us without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will immediately delete all of that user's personal data.
