Our complete terms and conditions are only available in German language. Here are the most important points for international customers:

Prices

All prices are listed in Euro and include German Tax/VAT. If your Country is not a member of the European Union you only have to pay net prices. To calculate the net price you have to divide our prices by 1,19 (e.g.: a product which is listed for 100 Euros will only cost 84,03 Euros).

Please note that customs or import duties could be charged separately. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns

All items can be returned within 14 days. The items have to be in unaltered, unused state and in original packaging when sent back. Please include a copy of the original invoice. All costs for returning the item(s) have to be carried by the buyer. As soon as we have received the returned item(s) we will issue the refund or exchange the item.

Shipping costs (outside Germany)

Within Europe, we charge a fixed shipping fee for each order, no matter how many items you order and / or how heavy the parcels are. Please see Shipping information for the current shipping rates. All other countries will be charged for weight and by destination, so it depends on what you order and where you live.

International Orders (inside European Union)

If your country is member of the EU we accept Payment in advance, payment via Mastercard/VISA or a payment via PayPal. If you have chosen advance payment please do an "EU-payment-order" to our account at the Stadtsparkasse Hannover.

Please notice that you have to pay the banking charges! We can ship your order as soon as we receive your money order.

International Orders (outside European Union)

Tax Free purchases for non-EU Countries!
If your Country is not a member of the European Union (e.g.: USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Japan) you only have to pay net prices. To calculate the net price you have to divide the listed prices by 1,19 (e.g.: a product which is listed for 100 Euros will only cost 84,03 Euros).
