To voice these pickups Lollar referenced the original pickups in his ‘59 J-Master. The result is a pickup true to the unique and recognizable J-Master tone, but with a more percussive low end and clearer, more articulate midrange than modern stock pickups. The bridge pickup is also hotter for better volume and tone balance between neck and bridge positions. Creme covers. Screws and springs included.
