      Well, this pickup can do both kinds of music: Country & Western! It was inspired by a 67s Fender pickup. At that time the Fenders delivered a lot of treble due to the low number of turns. We designed our Hotspur '67 with a few more turns to get a nice twang but without the pain. The Hotspur '67 is definitely our bridge pickup with the highest frequency-range, but it doesn't sound harsh due to a special winding technique. It sounds best when it is set as high as possible (magnets about 3-4mm below the strings).
      The pickup has a DC-resistance of 6,45kOhm and staggered Alnico 5 magnets.
